Priorities
Rules only matter when they are enforced. Parks, streets, and storefronts belong to the people and families who respect them.
No camping in our parks. No open drug use. No exceptions.
Firm rules, real help—and a Porterville where everyone is safe.
You feel our roads every single day. In your tires, your alignment, and your commute.
We already pay for good roads. We should get them.
Basic infrastructure is not extra. It is the job.
Porterville raises great kids.
A city of our size should have a real, vibrant local economy.

Why Paul Vera
I spent 31 years keeping law and order in one of the toughest environments there is. I managed public budgets bigger than Porterville's. I know how public systems work — and I will bring that discipline home to Porterville City Hall.
